I don't think Reid wants or will get FULL POWER in his next location

He will have a lot of power but imo he will have a full blown Player Personnel guy as well.

imo Reid wants a break from all the hassles ... at least i would.

My god, Winston Justice would be one of Pioli's best draft picks, as would LJ Smith.

Reid would be a homerun hire, IMO.
