And I’ve really been missing someone mentioning same sex relationships and how they don’t belong.

Weren't subtle with it at all this go round, I see. Good

KCUnited 03-05-2023 09:06 PM

Don’t mention what 95% of the episode is about I guess

Sure-Oz 03-05-2023 09:43 PM

What an episode. Probably the best one yet. Wow. I can't believe there is one episode left... nervous how they are gonna finish this. Man, I love this show.

BWillie 03-05-2023 09:59 PM

Fantastic ****ing episode. Best yet. Creepy cult mofos.

****ing David. When she had her face in the fence is when she became Ellie to me. She's been great for the whole series, but that shot right there sold me 100% on it. She was the right choice.

Ok, as I am replaying this game parallel to this series, I cannot get over how well they have done this! I LOVE this series and they have taken the time to tell the story and still pass off the scenery! Unbelievable! They are really doing a great job so far and I am loving it!

Tonight's episode was AWESOME!

dlphg9 03-05-2023 10:32 PM

Holy shit, what an episode. ****ing David was amazing in that too.

TwistedChief 03-05-2023 10:32 PM

More. More. More. More. More.

She was the perfect casting.

What a creepy **** that guy was. Glad Ellie dealt with him instead of Joel coming to the rescue too, great episode.

If you aren't on board after this episode, you will never be

One thing I like about this show is that while it is clearly still serialized and there is a general story they’re following (finding Tommy, delivering Ellie to the Fireflies, the development of the Joel/Ellie relationship, etc.), it’s also episodic in that there is a defined beginning, middle and and an end to several episodes as they tell the stories of the other characters they come across on their journey or in their past (Frank/Bill, Henry/Sam, Riley, and now this cannibal cult). There’s no lingering in any one place with the same characters and it is making these episodes just fly by. It’s been exceptionally well done.

This is the best show on TV right now. It's a top 3 show of all time for me. That episode, holy shit.
