Sean Smith seemed to get hurt but didn't seem in much pain on the sidelines, and our second string defense isn't very good at wrapping up. And you missed some fun Eric Berry hits.

To be fair, Berman just said people need to watch out for the Chiefs. And the other guys agreed. They've won 3 in a row, their big defensive guys have stepped up, and the AFC is pretty much wide open for the most part.

During our losing streak, I wasn't so much low as pissed. Like I've been saying, we have talent on this team. They need to keep their MINDS right.

I'm not exuberant now either, because the right mental state can be fragile until it sets and hardens. But getting a winning mentality is a much more manageable task with the right leadership than assembling dominant talent 1-to-53.

I saw a lot of zone defense and zone blitzes today.

Wow.

I like DJ more as a blitzer at this point than I like him in coverage.

The only times Denver got big yards passing were when we got caught in man coverage with Mauga on Vernon or a WR.
