I'd just like to add that Russell Wilson has thrown 16 TDs and 0 INTs over his last4 games.

Beast.

Hootie was always his most fervent supporter, but Flopnuts and I were also fans from the start.

I feel vindicated.

Cam Newton is winning MVP!

This thread should be renamed to "104 people get it wrong"

Oh, only another 5 TDs for Cam Newton today.

Also led his team down the field for the game-winning field goal with 1:00 left to preserve the perfect record.. And he did it all without All-World RB Jonathon Stewart.

Who cares? Stewart isn't even the best RB on the team. He still got helped out by a 100 yard rusher. Oh wait...that was Cam.

They're clearly only winning because of Jonathon Stewart's contributions and Rivera limiting Newton's number of attempts.

Oh, Cam threw the ball 45 times today..

And that top shelf defense that gave up over 35 in 2 of the last 3 weeks.

Wow, Virus has a serious man crush. Oh yeah, if you like him more because he's black you're racist. No, seriously, that's like the definition of racism.

Correct.

The reason he's playing so well right now, outside of raw talent of course, is because he matured and grown familiar with his team mates, coaches, fans and organization overall. He knows his team mates, stadium and play book inside out. That's the huge benefit of a home grown QB.

If the Chiefs gave up al #1 draft pick for Cam he would be doing it for the money and he would probably never reach the potential your seeing now. It would take him years to reach the level of familiarity and comfort ability where he's at now with the Panthers.

It's like admiring someone else wife and marriage imagining in your own mind it will be the same without considering all the outside factors of what you're not seeing.
