Sorry if I have better things to spend my money on other than 210 channels I don't ****ing need.

The system was fine the way it was. They should at least allow the local affiliates to carry their local teams.

They weren't making enough money, apparently.

There are these new things called sports bars where you can go there and watch sporting events!

I sure would like to know why a Chiefs game on ESPN can be picked up by KMBC or KTKA for the OTA and basic cable crowd but the tournament can't be done this way.

I can live with watching it online but I am betting they will have local blackout rules applied. Something else that needs to be changed.

Just sign up for one month or expanded basic cable. If you can't afford that I have to wonder how you were able to afford the TV to watch it on.

Who said I can't afford it? I shouldn't have to do that.

Certain expenses I just can't justify. It's not worth the extra $47 just to be able to watch 3-4 games.

If the local boys are going to a bar, then I will go. I'm not going by myself though. That would be boring as hell.

Sports are evolving as is television service. If you don't want to be left behind you need to adapt. Besides mortgage, utilities, and food. Watching my favorite teams on TV is at the top of my budget.

Its at the bottom of mine. My kids education, groceries and required utilities top mine.

I love to watch my Hawks but always on local free TV. I watched the ESPN broadcasts online. Adapting is fine but not at todays rates.

I had extended cable service for about 7 months but I just rarely ever watched anything on it other than the national free networks that I got on basic service anyway.

Not if you get shitfaced.

When the NCAA FB championship game is played on cable, you know it's just going to happen more and more.

There is nothing fun about getting shitfaced. Plus, I can buy a sixpack to take home for the cost of two beers at a bar.

It's all about the bottom line for me.

Ok then, tap into a neighbors connection.
