1) There is no evidence of this, whatsoever. For all we know, both he and Palko are sharing first team snaps in practice and they are just gonna give Palko a legit shot before moving on......legit meaning 2 or 3 games to show he can run an effective offense.
2) How? He doesnt know the playbook, the players, timing of the offense, the tendancies of the OL...nothing.
3) Would we still get the comp pick if he doesn't report?
4) who cares? Hanie isnt terrible (he isnt good, either) and its not like Orton would come in and be at full speed by the time we play them, anyway.
