Do you guys cut yourselves too?

I'm not a troll. You made a statement, I want you to expound on it. Because I keep hearing how Clark is an out town, out of touch owner who handed the reigns of this franchise to Pioli to run AND NOW, you are insinuating that Clark has been calling the shots. So I want some examples of these terrible decisions that have been made over the four years by Clark.

Clark not firing Carl Peterson after the 2007, 4-12 season when the Chiefs committed to a full rebuilding job... FAIL

Clark announcing that he would ensure separation between the football/non-football operations after Carl Peterson "resigned", and then allowed Fat Scott to go on a power tear in the organization and influence the termination of several non-football operations staff members (i.e. Denny Thum)... FAIL.

All the reported chaos and low morale within the Chiefs organization, as reported in the Arrowhead Anxiety article earlier this January... Clark is the CEO of the organization... FAIL.

The Chiefs record since the 2007 season (the first full season after Lamar Hunt's death): 29-68, 0-1 in the playoffs... FAIL.

Defend Clark's record.

Seriously defend his record.

I dare you.

Go for it.

So Clark basically wants the new HC to fire Pioli because he is to much of a vag to do it himself.

Ya ownership is the #1 problem IMO.

Short of firing, he said EXACTLY the right things. Unless of course you believe he's lying.

No one in this shit excuse for a franchise has given me ANY reason to believe any public statement they've made for the past 4 years. NONE. Remember the public statement that there would be 'competition' for the quarterback position? Yeah...GTFO with that bullshit. Actions speak louder than words and until there is action taken against Pioli, I don't give a shit if Clark makes a statement that Scott is locked in the Hunt family basement being fed John Elways feces until they decide his fate. I want him GONE.

Imon Yourside 12-31-2012 12:17 PM

Any chance the Browns could trade us a pick(any) for Pioli?

Don't know. Don't really care.

Why?

Fair point.

Remember in 2009 when Clark Hunt said he wanted to draft and develop a franchise QB?

Remember a few weeks later when he hired Scott Pioli and allowed him to waste a R2 pick and $60M on Matt Cassel?

I can understand and respect fans not trusting Clark.

You're my favorite poster, Parker. You know your shit, no doubt. I enjoy talking ball with you. You make this place better.

But you have to admit it makes ZERO sense.

This is what I am talking about. You are now saying Scott is responsible. Is it Scott, or Clark as you alluded to earlier that has been making the decisions?

If Hunt just wanted Pioli fired he'd fire him. My guess is he wants to know if any big time coach is willing to work with Pioli in a diminished role. I think the answer will be no.

Fair enough.

The thing is, it's a win-win for me.

Clark said he's gonna let the HC decide. I'm not gonna get all worked up until I now who the head coach is.

If its Reid or Cowher, you know they'll fire Scott. I am happy.

If it's Koetter and he keeps Pioli, I have free Sundays in the fall. I am happy. Same deal if Clark is just flat out lying.

Who employs Fat Scott again, remind us.

Pioli/Crennel reunited in Cleveland?

They'll either make the right moves or they won't. I have no control over anything other than my own reaction to those moves.
