you know lew - ty - I don't normally fool with carbs like this - aside from oranges and pineapple. I decided a small carb load will be okay - just tonight ;)

Tandoori chicken, got ahold of some decent tandoori paste.

Don't have a tandoor, but made do with my cast iron dutch oven.

Lemon and sliced onion garnish on Basmati.

Naan and mint chutney.

Delish.

Cure-81 diced ham + Great Northern Beans + Chicken broth + Onions + Shallots + Bacon + Kale + Olive oil + crushed red pepper.

standard issue silver can Diet Coke + lime wedge.

I have some GNBs, might have to break out the crockpot, bacon, onions and Sriracha this weekend.
