With potential franchise QBs available in next year's draft, the Raiders would be fools to look to Carr as their leader.

Carr is a more talented passer than any of the guys next year. The only guy you would take over him is Mariota and even that is a bit questionable considering the fact that he is a much bigger project. Raiders would be better off getting Carr a #1 WR and a running game next off-season.
