I am not sure the Yankees are going to load up on the rotation. With the killer B's coming up from the minors soon, Nova, and Hughes, they may end up having 4 of the 5 starters being from ths system either this year or next. The Jays would need another starter and another bat to contend in 2012. You can't go into next season with Morrow as the #2 and Lind as your 1B certainly. That's easier said than done, but maybe AA will find a way.

I suspect the Yankees will bring CC back and also get CJ Wilson. There's no way they go with Nova as a #2, IMO.
