What interview was you watching? Andy never said he wouldn't be traded. He said that Albert is a great guy and player no matter where he plays next year. Trading him for conditional picks next year in a better QB friendly draft could reap a better draft slot for the Chiefs.

Unless he gets hurt before the trade deadline, Albert's value only goes up from here.

Well er umm... we thought there was great value um at that spot er with that guy. A lot of great candidates out there. Some tough decisions. Gotta give the other GMs a lot of credit. That's the draft. Great players. College.
