I go door to door asking for candy. There's way less competition than on Halloween.

Let's move to St Joes to see who the real fans are

I take a steely knife and repeatedly stab it into the turducken until it is dead, dead, dead.

And then I have a nice little meal with family in peace.

This is the only way that the city of Dallas will win another Super Bowl.

With that said, **** Dallas and **** their mayor.

Nope, he was symbolism for the Chiefs move to Texas imo.

That's what I'm assuming. Austin is a boomtown. Both cities have been working behind the scenes to lure the NFL into that part of Texas. And they're just a couple hours from Clarks base of operation. Build the stadium in Hill country and you won't have to worry about some urban county soaking the franchise.

San Marcos, about halfway between Austin and San Antonio....

That said, I hear they can build a really nice training facility on the Wyandotte County side of town.....

Why Not? 04-03-2024 07:59 PM

Jerry Jones would have that mayor assassinated before he'd see another NFL team move into his backyard.

You do realize the Cowboys didn't play in Dallas prior to moving to Arlington? They may never win another Super Bowl, but as a business they're doing fine.

This all day. Now no matter what the Chiefs do, they will come out ahead.

If I was advising Clark I’d tell him to make a modest offer to purchase the Truman Sports complex from the county. You want out of the sports business, then ok.

displacedinMN 04-04-2024 08:04 AM

sure, that will happen

He won't be the last.

San Antonio has been trying to get an NFL team for years. Even built the Alamodome to try and help land one.

Won't ever happen, nor will Austin. You have the Cowboys to the North and Houston to the SE. Both are already vying for fans in central Texas.

Throwing a 3rd team in the mix, just won't happen IMO.
