I'm going to mil as well. She does turkey and this stuff called mushroom business. It's like a mushroom bread pudding that is delicious. I'm making the cranberry relish. It's famous around our family:

1 bag cranberries
1 cup orange juice
1.5 cups sugar
1 tsp lemon zest
1 granny smith apple diced
1 cup chopped walnuts
Mix first three ingredients in a sauce pot and bring to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Use an imersion blender or tater smasher to bring to the consistency you like. I like mine sorta chunky. Allow to cool. Add walnuts and apples and mix together. Chill and serve. yummm
