Not to derail the thread, but to address your wishful thinking:

1) Belichick totally turned the roster over from '99 to '01 to '04 to '07 to '11. So he clearly has no problem building winners.

2) Yes, the only constant happens to be the HOF (possibly GOAT) QB. But I remind you they went 11-5 with Casshole.

I'd say that Gronk would have a chance. But there are major IF's.

1. He needs to stay healthy...he's gotten off to a hotter start in his career than TonyG, but he needs to stay healthy and he seems to be injury prone as of late.

2. The last 2/3 of his career he will most likely not play w/ Tom Brady. If the Pats win another SB this season....Brady will probably only play 3-4 yrs, and will either retire, or some team will be stupid enough to trade a 1st to NE for him for one last hurrah/SB push (maybe a Scott *****-led team LMAO). I don't really think TG put up his numbers with stellar QB play.

Get ready, because that will probably be his intro.

Only if they win it all.

Nobody has forgotten what he did in Kansas City.

We need to shed the inferiority complex. It's pathetic.

His career at KC will be forgotten by everyone except Chiefs fans.

He will probably retire as a Falcon, too.

Manning, Bailey, Reed and even Lewis to a degree showed their age yesterday. But, TG still plays like he's 25.

Players don't retire for a particular team. That's a popular misconception.

He looked amazing yesterday. What a weapon he still is. I couldn't believe on the second to last drive on 3rd and 7 that the Falcons actually had him pass block. No wonder they almost lost.

I'd gladly pay him elite money for a tight end on a 2 year deal to bring him back to Kansas City. I know he's probably retiring, but I think he could still be awesome for 2 years.

Yes, when you are able to commit offensive pass interference on every play, you do look pretty good.

I've seen your bullshit posts on this topic. You obviously don't have a ****ing clue on how the rule works.
