I think the break out of the acne is mostly from the stress of the coming trial.

I do feel bad for her children. When they find out later in their lives about what their mother did, there won't be peace in their lives.

Of course it's more than inappropriate. It should be a fireable offense. It shouldn't warrant jail time.
