Why? Isn't better to recognize a mistake and fix it before it causes more problems? Is there some unwritten time limit you have to give a HC before making a judgement?

It's not Herms fault most of our players suck........how about you blame the shitty ass players. Why do posters act like this team has Superbowl talent and coaching holds it back?

This team frankly isn't that talented.
