He's really good at blaming the players for everything.....

"We call the players it's up to them to make the plays, no coach ever made a tackle for me when I played."

Herm doesnt take the blame for anything. Not his horrible in game calls. Not his team for being shitty.

The sun'll come out
Tomorrow
Bet your bottom dollar
That tomorrow
There'll be sun!

Just thinkin' about
Tomorrow
Clears away the cobwebs,
And the sorrow
'Til there's none!

When I'm stuck a day
That's gray,
And lonely,
I just stick out my chin
And Grin,
And Say,
Oh!

The sun'll come out
Tomorrow
So ya gotta hang on
'Til tomorrow
Come what may
Tomorrow! Tomorrow!
I love ya Tomorrow!
You're always
A day
A way!

JARED ALLEN KICKS ASS!!!!

When asked by Lenny what he's going to do, he said (paraphrasing), "I can't tell anybody else what to do, but I'm going back into the gym tomorrow and work harder. I have to play better and do more to help our team win. I've never lost this many games in a row and I've got to step it up."

Herm should count his lucky stars this guy is on his team.

I figured he hadn't yet mastered telepathy, but was it pretty much the quote Mecca had?

I'm not sure which quote you're referring to, Mr. banyon, but I assume it was something like "We suck now and we'll never get any better."

Lenny or Mitch asked Herm about "rebuilding" or "challenges" or some such and Herm just said that it's bad now, but he came here knowing what the challenge was and that it's hard for the team and for the fans right now, but that things would turn around and we would be pleased.

Of course he also said we would play defense. Where has that been the last two weeks?

THe D is weaker than thought. It will have to be improved along with the O. This could be a couple of 3 years of this kind of misery.
Pollard is slow and out of position. It is a shame, but Wesley still shows he is the best safety on the team. The future is way off and hopefully Herm is not in it.

Post 51, did he really say that?

Yeah, Mr. King_Chief_Fan. Were it not for JA, this defense would not be very good at all.

We have to face facts. The defense is average to poor with aging players at key positions. We have to replace 4 starters on the oline. We need to develop a QB.

At this point, it's a four or five year rebuild at best. Unless [homer voice in head whispering again] we can find some JA-like surprises in the draft and Croyle really is the deal.
