****ing seriously? That horrid? I thought it was at least like in the 80's... 109, holy shit, thats got to be worse than appalachian state who isnt even D-I. Their's has to be higher by virtue of beating No. 5 Michigan... and isnt that the only D-I school they played?

Also, I dont blame kU for getting into the Orange Bowl... just thought Id add that.

It's not 109. A simple Google search will fix that notion.

It all depends on which site you look at. I've seen it anywhere from 70-90.

SOS is a joke. Duke was #1 in that category. Woohoo! They're going where?

That's part of the reason the OB took Kansas. They were afraid MU would look at it as a consolation game and pout all week. Looks like they were right.

Not that it makes much difference, but CBSSportsline has it at 74, and Sagarin/USA Today has it at 88.

Damn, Cry me a River, no wait, MU fans still are.

Come on people, is the prestige of the Orange Bowl that much ? Really, like Whilock said in todays paper, this is a better deal for MU, less expenses for their fans, Daniel is from Texas, a recruiting bed, more pub about recruits leading up to the game.......

FTR, I wanted the Cotton if we didn't make the NCG. MM does recruit well in Texas, it would have given him more exposure, and we all know there is alot there for him to be exposed.

Let it go people.........There will be more MU fans at the Cotton than would have traveled to the Orange in Miami, like wise with KU, the Cotton would have made more logical sense than the Orange.

I don't blame KU at all. If my team backed into a BCS game, I'd be pretty happy too.

No doubt, if my team backed into a game like that and I knew they were going to slip back into mediocrity because of the schedule the next year I would be elated.

You need to change the batteries in your crystal ball, it's not working very well.

Instead of posting here you need to climb all over Alden's ass for allowing yet another stupid MU fiasco to happen. MU has no one to blame but themselves. I hope he stays around for years!

After you lose the Orange Bowl the peak of your season will have been beating Texas A&M.

Statements like this just go to show that no matter how successful the MU program is in any given season, their enjoyment barometer will always be measured by the success or failure that KU has.
