There were a handful of smokers braving the elements, but not many. And I certainly felt no need whatsoever to have one of my once-a-week cigars.

The bar I go to will occasionally still let people smoke, if the owner is there and she knows that there aren't any anti-smoking bundle of stickss around who will cry to the cops about it. But she wasn't there tonight.
