The only way I would want Shanarat as a coach is if he was an O Coord. But on that same note I don't think Gailey will get or even deserves to get fired and I don't see Shanarat taking anything less then a Coord. position.

Mike Shanahan as head coach, Mike Martz as offensive coordinator and Al Saunders as an offensive assistant would satisfy me (if the Chiefs don't end up getting Pioli/Josh McDaniels)

Why would you put Saunders below Martz? I know I would not... He was not at all popular with the 49'ers staff.
