Tough spot for the officials. At that point in the game, if you call him for a T, you (as an official) are blamed for deciding the game. And they want no part of that.

What a load of crap. This team has had to scrap and claw for everything its earned this year. "Destiny" suggests a level of serendipity that simply hasn't been present for this year's squad.

I agree. This is his third year, up until now neither the MU BB program and Anderson's system could expect to attract the better players. What he's done this year will go along way in helping recruiting. I am anxious to see what the next 3 years brings to MU Basketball.

One thing I should point out, Conf USA is a joke so their stats are inflated by that. Their defense is good, no doubt about that, but it's not head a shoulders above everyone elses like the stats indicate.

The thing about beaker fans is for every decent guy like Guru or Reerun, there is a noxious asshole like you or hawkchief. You can check every KU game thread - I haven't trolled or said a word to anybody. Everything I have said, in Mizzou threads, was in response to shit somebody else started. The post your idiotic buddy felt compelled to snipe me over was a good natured reply to Ari's good natured smack. But, as is ALWAYS the case, it's impossible to do that around here some jerkoff like you trying to ruin it.

It's pretty much the truth. Every single thread on any MU topic immediately gets a bunch of beaker trolls acting like assholes just to get attention. But there are two KU threads on the first page and there isn't one single post from an MU fan on them.

Perfect example of this: the thread entitled "All Signs Point to Lance Landing at Kansas." The thread starter posted an article about some kid being on the verge of committing to KU. And since there is no mention of Missouri in the article, naturally good ol' Skippy fires off a shot about Missouri in the the second reply. After that, over the next TWO DAYS, the entire thread is a discussion among KU and KSU fans about recruiting. Finally, in Post 98, a Missouri fan posts - something that is neither sniping or rude. There is a second post by another MU fan a couple of minutes later - again, neither sniping or rude.

Of course, we all know how a thread about a potential MU recruit would have turned out, don't we?
