As far as I'm concerned none of the teams he's involved with right now is going to give him a chance at a ring this year, so he should go with the money and that would probably be us. If this guy can still do the job they better just give him whatever he needs to come here and get the deal done. If you shore up this line we might have a decent year. If they don't it is going to be another tough one.

That is the issue, if it goes past this weekend ... I would bet that he signs with the Eagles unless we offered a ridiculous contract... by signing NOW, we avoid a bidding war and instead take on the risk of it being guaranteed.
