A Maryland crab cake from Angelina's Restaurant in Baltimore. A 16 oz. ribeye from my own grill. Crisp, steaming hot steak fries. Tall, frosty cold beer - many varieties could suffice. Warm pecan pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. |

A huge slice of NY style cheese pizza topped with tons of fresh parmesean cheese and an ice cold beer
or a plate of cheese enchiladas and chicken or beef tacos with rice and beans and a margarita. Leave the froofroo food for others. |

My Lady's pasta shells stuffed with a variety of cheeses and spinach. Topped with my Mendolia's sausage and roasted red pepper marinara. Simple Caesar salad and Texas toast. Served with a Snake Bite made Kurant Vodka and a cider beer.

a perfect meal for me would either be mexican from Tia's (In Texas) OR a steak and baked potato with a salad.....
but COMFORT food is different, for that I WANT: A fried egg sammie made by my mom. Nothing better. |

Mud soup and the charcoal arugula; squid ravioli in a lemon grass broth with goat cheese profiteroles; rare roasted partridge breast in raspberry coulis with a sorrel timbale.

Pot roast with carrots, potatoes, rutabaga. Red wine gravy, homemade butterhorn rolls.
Good winter Sunday afternoon thing. Leftovers a few days later, hot beef sandwiches. |
A bowl of lobster bisque, followed by a couple of pounds of King crab legs, accompanied by a salad.
