I am looking forward to catching as much of the Cincinnati/Pitt game as I can. I have been impressed with the Mardy Gilyard footage I have seen online, but have not had the chance of seeing him play live this year. From what I have seen I would be ecstatic if the Chiefs were able to land him in the third round.

Freshman Dion Lewis is looking very impressive for Pitt on their opening drive. I am not ready to compare him to Barry Sanders as Matt Millen is doing though.

Edit: Lewis touched the ball on all 12 plays of Pitt's opening scoring drive. The kid is impressive for a freshman.

Orange Bowl: Georgia Tech/Clemson winner vs. Cincinnati/Pitt winner
Fiesta Bowl: Iowa vs Boise St

BCS Championship Game: Florida/Bama winner vs. TCU

Sugar Bowl: Florida/Bama loser vs. Cincinnati/Pitt winner
Orange Bowl: Georgia Tech/Clemson winner vs. Texas
Fiesta Bowl: Nebraska vs. Boise State

I know Iowa needs Texas to win in order to be invited to a BCS game. Do the Hawkeyes also need Cincinnati to win? Or would Cincinnati fall out of the BCS altogether with a loss?

Chris Spielman is back announcing already, I don't know if I could do that if I was him.

I like Dunlap's athletic ability, but what has he done this season to make Florida fans really think he'll be missed?

He's been ridiculously overhyped this year. He should have put it all together and had a monster campaign.

Dunlap's college career looks a lot like Mario Williams, all the talent in the world, flashes of the huge talent yet heavily inconsistent.

Or Michael Johnson's.

That was a hell of a push off that wasn't called.

DrRyan 12-05-2009 12:10 PM

Cincinnati's defense is getting exposed big time right now. They can't stop the run or the pass at all up to this point.

kstater 12-05-2009 12:13 PM

Tackling the receiver must be legal now.

Bend over, no lube.

CaliforniaChief 12-05-2009 12:15 PM

If Pitt keeps this up, I don't think Iowa gets affected. I don't think the Big East is going to get two teams in the BCS.

Yep, he hasn't done shit this year.

Pitt going to try to piss down their leg before halftime.
