Terro always worked for me in 2 or 3 days

I had an ant problem at my house for years, I'd spray and use traps and all that other bullshit with varying degrees of success. I eventually found out they were carpenter ants and they had been thriving on a bunch of the landscaping timbers in my yard, so I tore all of them out last year and haven't seen an ant since then.

Ordered Terro from amazon. Hope it works.

you can make your own liquid ant killer. couple spoons of borax mixed with honey or anything sweet / sticky put in a jar with a small hole in the lid. Might not be a good idea to let the kiddies of Fido get at it.

You should get on your intercom and announce that "All Black Ants should leave the House immediately"

I have had this issue before and last year was horrible. I tried everything I could , Toro, Borax etc...even had a company come spray and still had ants.

Finally a friend of mine referred me to a guy who came out and sprayed and he sprayed in the house and an entire 20ft perimeter around the outside.

He said you have to lay a barrier down they cant cross. Think of it as a pesticide minefield or moat.

It worked right away the rest of the year was ant free.

The other company had just sprayed along the outside of the house around the foundation. That's not enough if you a large ant population which you probably do.

simply schmush them one by one.
