How awesome would it be to see Lesnar get laid the **** out?

Anyhow, more reason why I wish the rest of the fight card was better.

Would be great if whoever does it stands over him and talks shit like he would.

Brock you have always been one of favotite posters. That said I have always wondered when you would come out of your shell. This beating around the bush crap is getting old. Speak up Brock say what you mean damn it~

TheGuardian 06-21-2010 04:49 PM

Ring rust is a real thing. Brock was able to get by in his first few fights simply by being bigger and strong than those guys. That isn't the case this time and Carwin might hit harder than anyone in all of MMA. It won't get out of the first round and Carwin is going to beat his face in.

I disagree but would not be shocked if you are right. Carwin certainly has the ability to clock him out. That said that only happens is Lesnar is willing to stand and trade, that and don't kid yourself Lesnar has the power to check Carwin at the door also. I see this going to the mat quickly and if the ring rust allows it and Carwin can stuff the take down he may indeed knock him out. I am betting against Carwin because I don't think he gets the chance to to hit and ends up on bottom and running out of gas~

I think they'll box for a little while. but once lesnar gets chin checked, straight to the mat it goes, where it will remain for the next 4 rounds.

He is a fool if he does IMO He is a big kid and has the power to drop Carwin if he lands. However he is playing into Carwins hand I cannot imagine why he would~

Entertainment value. He's from the WWF, so he understands putting on a good show. Hence all the trash talk etc. Which is why i like him. Sports are better when you add the drama of trash talk. He has the ego and attitude to do it. I think he'll want too. But if he gets rocked early, he'll put that shit to the side and trade it in for some ground and pound.

Unlike GSP, who does not understand the value of entertainment.

Let's look at their wresteling accomplishments.

Lesnar-
Amateur wrestling
Big Ten Conference
Big Ten Conference Championship (1999, 2000)
Ranked the #1 Heavyweight in the Big Ten Conference (2000)
National Collegiate Athletic Association
NCAA Division I runner-up (1999)
NCAA Division I Championship (2000)
North Dakota State University's annual Bison tournament
Heavyweight Championship (1997–1999)[113]
National Junior College Athletic Association
NJCAA All-American (1997, 1998)
Junior College National Championship (1998)

Carwin-
NCAA Division II National Wrestling Heavyweight Runner-Up 1996–97 (2 times)
NCAA Division II Wrestling Heavyweight Champion (1999)

Carwin can wrestle with Lesnar but Lesnar can't box with Carwin.

And it is as simple as that~

Uhm.....Lesnar's list looks a helluva lot more impressive than Carwin's, so Im not sure how you reached that conclusion. I don't doubt carwin can wrestle, I just don't think there is much he can do with that ****ing monster laying on top of him.

Look at the way he dominated Mir.

I agreed that Lesnar should not box, that said I don't think Carwin wants any part of the ground game~

Im not sure the time off will matter much. It's not like he has a ton of technique...

1) tackle guy
2) smother guy/punch guy
3) insult beer company
4) get on top of wife
