4.58

Pretty much what I expected

Urc Burry 02-27-2011 01:23 PM

ended up being 4.58 unofficial on his first attempt

..beat me haha, I do think Ingram will have a good career though

'Hamas' Jenkins 02-27-2011 01:24 PM

4.58 for Ingram, and looked like he was running with a cobb up his ass. Nothing to be concerned about, he's a banger.

Urc Burry 02-27-2011 01:27 PM

Is it just me but are these some slow ****ing 40 times compared to other years?

Precisely. He could have run a 4.65 and it wouldn't be an issue. He's a workhorse type back with elite balance, that will rarely go down on first contact. His 40 doesn't necessarily matter.

Feed me some antifreeze, but if for some reason Ingram was there with our 2nd round pick (no way in hell he will be) I'd be pretty interested in taking him.

I would consider Ryan Williams if he was there in the second

It's a slower RB class. Look at the QB times today.

The Lucas Oil field is probably .10-.15 slower than the RCA Dome was, so you can't compare it to times of several years ago.

It cracks me up when NFLN shows their combine entry video. When Gabbert closes the locker that represents the cut to main coverage, he has a massive dip in.

Paea with 49 damned reps on bench.

I think that's a new combine record

Hankerson's 40 impressed me, but he showed the one main criticism of his game which was that he had a tendency to catch the ball with his body instead of his hands.

It will take some coaching to get him to learn better technique and I don't know if that's something that's worth a first rounder.

Man, that Dion Lewis guy from Pitt can make some quick cuts. He was impressive in that one cut-and-run drill.
