Yep, I can't say for sure what speed it starts, but at some point it becomes awfully hard to tell whether the center line is solid or hashed.

Exactly.

The Cougar I had was one of the newer ones they came out with about 10 years ago. It was a complete dog off the line (I think a homeless woman pushing a shopping cart could have beat it in a quarter mile), but once it got up to speed it was awesome, and at high speeds it handled great and was a blast to drive. The only thing that bothered me when I was going 135 down the interstate was getting a ticket that would cost me my license.

110mph in a 2000 Dodge Intrepid (yes seriously)

100mph in my 75' Eldorado

The longest I ever drove at a high rate of speed was in my old '85 Cutlass. I started tailing a truck going through West Virginia/Ohio and he was flying. The speedometer maxed out at 85, but I figure I was going around 120, and I followed the guy for over an hour before he exited.

That was great.

In a car...150 according to the GPS. 145 or so on a bike.

I have been 155 mph on my friend hayabusa 1300 cc.
