I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Try some of the common stuff at Walmart first before going to the doctor for acne. Try some of the perfume free soap too.

Once again: ignore everyone else. Try Purpose. It's cheap, and it's what most dermatologists, who aren't trying to screw you with some high priced shit, are going to put you on.

cetaphil (sp?)

In all seriousness, use St. Ive's Apricot scrub, then an astrigent like Clean & clear, then use a moisturizer.

I'll try it out thanks.

Can you use it in the shower?

Yes. It's fine in the shower or at the sink. You can buy it anywhere (Wal-Mart, Wal-Greens, Target, etc..)

Sometimes you need to put stuff on a dry towel and rub it on....I don't know, I'm stupid, so I ask stupid questions.
