When I was younger the chef I was working for hired my girlfriend. I had to fire her 4 months later. We dated for a year after that.

I had to fire another friend for drug use. we are still friends to this day.

It is not easy but it is achievable.

when I was in high school they made me a manager at McDonalds. I bet I fired 100 people and I would hire people that I didn't like at school just so I could make them do the shit work and fire them. Those were the ****ing days.

I tell everyone of my employees and now my students that no person fires you. You fire yourself. All I do is fill out the paperwork. There are very few exceptions.
