Exactly. I would simply ignore their authority. If hospital security showed up that might make an impact, but private security would have to physically stop me from seeing my kids. If they did that, I'm pretty sure Jay-Z would end up contributing heavily to their college funds.

If the hospital allowed them to rent out the entire wing, they're at fault.

So Beyonce and Jay-Z are at no fault here?

What exactly can we say they're guilty of?
Wanting privacy? Doing what the hospital allowed them to do?

Being douchebags and allowing their security to block the access of parents into the NICU.

You want to rent out an entire hospital floor? Fine. But you don't get to restrict access to the NICU where other people's children are fighting for their lives.

Having their security kick people out of a waiting room? Blocking access to the NICU?

It's entirely possible that JayZ and Beyonce had no knowledge of what happened here. The hospital should have done a better job of defining roles and areas. Security guys can get pretty overbearing. This is probably a simple misunderstanding. Not a huge deal unless you want to be a JayZ and Beyonce hater. I couldn't name a single song either of them do but I can see how something abnormal for the hospital could easily get out of control.

Coulon insisted he wasn't the only new parent upset by the current state of affairs in the hospital.
