Given that it's cold here, I finally broke down and bought some of those running tights. Now, I wear shorts over them because no man should walk around in tights in public, but they're quite flattering in the calf and thigh areas, and they're really quite comfortable. I understand now why superheroes wear tights.

Plus, they hug the package and make things look bigger.

After being invited to participate in a Civil War Reenactment of the 1864 Battle of Franklin, I was persuaded to purchase a set of grey leggings to go with my tunic. It turned out that they were about two sizes too small.

It worked out okay, though. On account of the fact that, after gandering briefly at my bloomers, the North surrendered on the spot.

I may try an experiment at some point. Before a short run I'll buy an enormous sexual toy, tape it in the general vicinity of my nether region, and wear the tights without shorts. I'll see if women disproportionately start chatting me up.
