Well, I guess you really do have birthdays ... who knew?

I hope you like it on account of the fact that I spent all year long on it and missed a lot of work in the process which cost me a ton of money and I finally got fired and lost my car and my house and I had to give my dog away to the animal shelter, but that's okay since it's your birthday and stuff, so here it is ...

It was a good day. My 18 year old daughter lives with us now and she's been a lot of fun. It has been a long haul with my kids from my first marriage as many of you long-time Planeteers will probably recall. I can't think of a better birthday gift than when your pseudo-adult child makes a responsible decision and opts to live at the place that is better for her life goals. I'm glad our patience has finally been rewarded and I really enjoy having her around to teach her some of the things I've always wanted to share.
