Yeah, that Eli guy blows dog dicks. Only two rings. NOT. GOOD. ENOUGH.

Eli was mediocre throwing for 5,000 yards?

Their league-worst running game and defense were mediocre?

What?

Eli averaged 305 yards a game in the postseason. 9 TD, 1 INT. Threw 160 passes in 4 games.

Yeah, Eli was carried by his defense.

CP never would have drafted Mathew Stafford, remember? And Cam Newton was a complete joke at #1 overall. Lol, there are plenty more I'm sure.

They are all the same to me man. Rivers, Brees, Eli, Brady, etc. They are all great QBs. I'm not picky. I'd take any in a heartbeat.

Over Cassel? Really?

Chargers fans don't actually understand football or how to watch it.

They just stare blankly at the TV and wonder why these volleyball players are wearing helmets and pads.

I will admit Eli is clutch. He had a game winning TD drive to beat the Donks his first or second year in the league that left me scratching my head. He looked awful the entire game and then turned it on right at the end.

I think he is good and wouldn't argue too much if you wanted to put him at 5, I just think there is a significant gap between the top 4 QB's and the next three or four QB's.

My top 4 in no specific order is Peyton, Brady, Rodgers, Brees.

Eli is in the group with Big Ben, Rivers, Romo, and Stafford.

There are many bench warmers who have 3 rings. Marino has zero

Wanna trade Rivers for Cassel? Please? Pretty please? :)

Bugeater 07-05-2012 09:53 PM

Guess I need to click the link and see who's the sorry sack of crap that's rated lower than Cassel.

el borracho 07-05-2012 09:56 PM

How sad does it make you to realize that the Chiefs could have drafted the first three guys on that list?

"Major injury issues" Cassel? Last I checked, he had one injury in his NFL career.

He was put on IR, so...

That was a issue. Not issues. Plus, it was hardly major. He was put on IR because it was convenient.

BillSelfsTrophycase 07-05-2012 10:07 PM

So Matt Cassel sucks? Thanks, we had no idea

It's a bad sign when it's "convenient" to put you starting QB on IR.
