Week 1: Falcons TD on opening drive
Week 2: Bills TD on 2nd drive
Week 3: Saints TD on opening drive
Week 4: Chargers TD on opening drive

This defense was supposed to be a strength. So far this season they have stunk up the joint, and the stinking has started well before the offense's failure can be used as an excuse.

Cassel is a huge problem, but this team has more problems than just QB.

The defense's biggest problem is that their coach is a softie and runs an outdated, passive scheme.

The REASON he's the coach, however, is because he was willing to accept Pioli's favorite child at QB.

So in the end, Cassel is STILL the problem.

Cassel, however, would be getting happy feet against KU's defense with the way he's been playing.

Ultimately the result would likely be the same. Last year we saw the defense play well in the first half of games only to eventually succumb to blowouts because our O simply could not sustain drives. Over the span of Cassel's career, he is indeed very responsible for this trend.

I just want people to recognize that this year, the team's problems extend beyond QB. We might be a better team with a different QB, but the defense so far this year has been very bad. We all believe the individual talent is there. Romeo Crennel is tripping over his own dick at the one thing he's supposedly good at.

With the exception of one game the opposition scored at least 30 points. Something the Chiefs haven't done since 12/26/2010.

When this team wins it seems to barely win.

When this team loses it seems to get prison raped...

An entire ****ing season of games in which we gave up 30+ points and scored double digits in less than 6. Holy ****ing wow! 1/3 of the time we get our ****ing shit pushed in. CLEAN THE ****ING HOUSE, CLARK! YOU'RE LIVING LIKE A BUM!

And the hits just keep on coming.

Tied our record of 5 blowouts from last year.

Don't settle fore tying that record boys. Go get it.

19 blowouts in 57 games.

MORE LOSSES BY 14+ POINTS THAN ANY 4-YEAR STRETCH IN TEAM HISTORY.

I have to wonder what other team besides KC has been blown out this many times over a 4 year span. We have to be in the top 5 I'd assume.

I'd have to mine the Bucs or Saints reference pages, I'm sure.

Rather than that, go to the pro football reference page and sort the team stats by "MoV" Margin of victory... Prior to this game we're ranked -12.7.

The 76 Bucs were at -20

We're on pace to be the worst Chiefs team of all time.

78 percent Cassel.

Most common denominator for sure.

Croyle and Palko are shittier versions of Cassel and therefore get us butt****ed to a greater degree.

During Pioli's tenure he has acquired Palko, Cassel, Quinn, and Stanzi. What a big pile of steaming dog shit that is.

Rams had 27 14+ point losses in a 57 game stretch from 2007-2010.
