I have not given up on Stanzi. I think he is just a little immature.
Wasn't Quinn signed for just 1 year?

Quinn has to light it up this year for us to keep him.
I think we will draft a QB either way.

If Quinn does light it up, he will probably be desired by other teams and I doubt we try to out bid them.

I think we will get our franchise QB in this coming draft.

I heard Holmgren on the radio saying he misses coaching. Yes? no?

Would he want to be GM and Coach ?

Is he worth a ****?

I bet Quinn will be a backup.

Can't see Cassel or Stanzi still being on this team...and it would be criminally stupid to put Stanzi on the PS.

Holmegren has success w/ QB's. That's something to look at.

I was just saying that based on the presumption that Quinn is a complete train wreck for the rest of this season. If he looks good enough to keep on the roster, sure.

Also the guys hypothetical scenario where Stanzi comes in and plays extremely well the last few games of the year.

Evidently I ARE A IDIOT.But, I just prefer to go with a complete slate of new faces, rather than bring back any of this detritus.

So Cassel's new role is "Candy Wrapper Pick Up Boy"?

Dayze 10-24-2012 08:20 AM

Piss Boy

FML, this franchise and its QB's...

:spock: We flew a banner that wanted Cassel benched. He is and now you complain about it? Who do you think was going to replace him? The season has to end before we can draft a first round QB. We can't just pull him out of college to start for us right now. Our options were Cassel, Quinn, or Stanzi.

Which is why I said "FML, this franchise and its QB's..."

I voted for wildcat. Cassel and Quinn are one in the same and Stanzi has zero business in the NFL...

Yes they are all garbage, but this abortion of a season has to end before we can remedy it. We all knew this was a possibility when Pioli brought Quinn in to be Cassel's "competition". Now we just have to sit back and endure hoping Clark slash and burns this entire team (minus the star players).

morphius 10-24-2012 08:50 AM

I see an injury happening to Quinn in the next 2 games, I don't know why, but it would seem to be our luck.
