"Dick Vermeil loves Chiefs fans and Chiefs fans love Dick". This is what I heard over the speakers while pissing in the trough at Arrowhead during my first trip to KC.

I thought it was great, candid analysis. And recognition you need to get a real defensive coordinator...

Tell me about it...I have only been to Arrowhead once in my life. Flew out for the Chief/Eagle game that year. Looked at the schedule and said that is the game to see. DAMN!:cuss::deevee:

Isn't it the biggest lead the Chiefs have ever given up at Arrowhead?

Fitting he would be the one to help bring them back from the dead.

I guess it is fitting, since it was he and Carl that let the roster grow old and stale, which ultimately led to the demise of the Chiefs.

I was at the one during the Herm years vs. the Bucs w/ Gruden where we gave up a pretty big lead at half time. It was the one where Mark Bradley threw the TD pass to Tyler Thigpen.

I'd have taken a 90 year old Vermeil after going through the past few years.

Real classy of Mr. Vermiel to complement our team, owner, venue, and fans. Good man.

It's unlikely there will ever be another coach that will unseat Vermeil as my favorite coach.

LMAO

Vermeil, like his ancestors, know nothing about defense.

Good luck with that.

I love the guy too, but Reid can surpass him with a couple of playoff victories. Ok I meant A playoff victory. :D
