1. You really don't take tackles with the first overall and
2. If there is a QB out there you like, you use that pick to get him

NFL Network's Daniel Jeremiah gave Texas A&M T Luke Joeckel and Central Michigan T Eric Fisher the same grade as Matt Kalil.
Jeremiah did add that he would rank Kalil above both, however. Kalil put forward an excellent rookie campaign and allowed the Vikings to shuffle their offensive line and improve at multiple spots. Expect both Fisher and Joeckel to be top five selections.

Joeckel is going to look good on the right side of that line. Between him and Monroe, an improved Gabbert won't have the Jags fan wishing for David Garrard back in a Jags uniform.
