Stimulus? Say what?

Infrastructure is such a win-win when it comes to jobs, the economy, and maintaining our transportation system. I agree that some sort of stimulus would be beneficial to the economy but perhaps that money could go to a mass amount of private contractor projects so it is privately run instead of gov't- that would maximize efficiency and costs.
