I think they put Esky at #2 for a couple reasons


1. I think Esky sort of pouts when they put him at the bottom of the order. Putting him at #2 keeps his head in the game and his ego up.

2. Balance - putting Esky's auto-out down in bottom of our weak order makes it almost completely worthless. Surrounding him with better bats might not hurt so much.
