NFL.com has a free live feed to the Red Zone channel I believe. It's not the whole game granted but it'll show you the good stuff and you don't have to worry about a million viruses.

I have the NFL mobile app on my phone too which gives me live access to NFL network everywhere I go plus Thursday night Sunday night and Monday night games. Pretty cool.
