How do you rationalize using games scores from 40 years ago to predict future wins or losses? |

if it were on neutral ground, they think chiefs would win by somewhere in between 6 and 7 so yes but because it is in JAX they think it will be a bit tougher.... |
An old Philly HC was the last one to win one down there, I think. And that took a hurricane.

OK BOYS
Together we ride.... I think I might place a decent amount on this one.........if it were JUST 3 I might go even more.....so chiefs winning by 3 would push....I hate that it is 3.5... but i might go a couple hundy on it at 3.5 anyone seen it anywhere at 3.0? |
Shit I'll throw a hundred at that bet. We're gonna win by 10-14pts.
Gabbert is going fail miserably in this game, DJ, Houston, Hali, Poe are all licking their chops this week. And **** MJD. I could give a damn about him. |
This sounds a lot like that Roulette board at casinos that shows you the previous winning numbers. Some people think there is a pattern that they can detect from those boards, even though each roll of the ball is a completely separate event and not dependent on previous rolls. I understand that football is slightly more complicated than roulette, but maybe we should narrow our field of vision a few years and only count results from Florida for the last five years or so and not 40. The winning percentage may show the same thing from the past five years, and then I will accept the argument.

I think the line is about right. I agree with the weather theory, but believe coaching and QBing (believe it or not) allows the Chiefs to win by 3-7 points. Jacksonville picks first next year.

Other than the Bucs in 2000(?). All three teams are rather....meh

It means we're due for a win.
