I used to be in the top 25 posters here. Now I'm not even in the top 100. I don't know how you can keep going day after day and not get tired of it for a bit.

Its going to take me another 8 maybe 9 years to hit that magical threshold...

I don't know if this is true of the other mega posters, but I didn't post much on CP for a couple years due to finishing up grad school.

I've had a lot more free time in the past two years or so. If I had to guess, I've probably put in 15-20K posts in that timespan. Not only did I have extra time to distract myself at the office, but I was keeping up with SOC and Geno Mania last year, and this year it's really tough for me to NOT soak up every bit of Chiefs news and talk that I possibly can.

But life has a way of changing, and I'm sure I'll reach a point where I'll go back to logging in only once or twice per week.

Man I just don't get it. How is it possible to waste that much time on here! I feel like lurking is enough like work.

I got up to 5000 once, but now I'm counting them backwards.

46 years to 50,000. I'll be pushing 88.

There are plenty of days where I post very little, if any. I've even taken weeks off of posting numerous times. Gamethreads and pissing matches are where you can really start racking them up.
