Go back to the SSH server config in Android.
Redo the User part. Make sure to set the password, and back out so that you're prompted to save the info. For my Android phone I hit the Back button, not sure what it would be for yours. But make sure it saves. |

What is really odd is that I can put in any username on winscp and it still tries to login without saying it is the incorrect username. |
Well then I don't know. I just tested my instructions with my own PC/WinSCP and Android 4.1. It works for me. For username I set a name, enabled password, set password, and didn't touch any other settings.
In WinSCP are you selecting SFTP protocol? Android's IP address for Host name? Port number from SSH Server? Mine is port 52657. Try leaving user name and/or password blank in WinSCP when trying to connect. It should prompt you if you do that. |

http://www.gboxcanada.com/#!g-box-mi.../c1q3/image2jp You'd have to check, but you should be able to find USB Bluetooth dongles compatible with Android. |

the USB thing is a huge issue for me because I prefer to use a keyboard with my gbox. With Ouya I would have to choose between a keyboard or external USB drive. Not an issue on the gbox. |

I do realize that a hub sitting next to the box would kind of kill the form factor, but I'm just curious if it's possible with these boxes. |
