They used to be great. In the 70s they were simple awesome. Now they are the equivalent of putting lipstick and a dress on many of the good (and popular bad) players who aren't in the Super Bowl, and comping them a vacay!

That's why he Pro Bowl is an even bigger joke.

Read an article earlier today that Goodell was considering cancelling the probowl altogether but the players told him they wanted to keep it.

Of course they did... WE WANT OUR FREE VACATION.

This Collinsworth pregame show will surely be the most interesting aspect of the "game".

I think I'd rather see a highlight film of the Pro Bowlers instead of watching the Pro Bowl game itself. Let the players have a nice vacation, no farce of a game that has less contact than when my friends and I played flag football, and on to the Super Bowl next week.

To be honest, there isnt JACK on tv tonight, atleast not right now... I'm going to actually watch atleast one quarter of this, just to confirm my suspicion, once and for all, that its totally worthless.

Someone touched on it earlier......bring back the old "Superstars" or "Battle of the Network Stars" format for the pro bowl!

Would be a hell of a lot more entertaining than this bowl of turds they're promoting.

I bet the quarterbacks and receivers don't notice any difference between the pro bowl and the regular season.

GAAAWWWDDD... this was such an active season for the Planet, sooo much excitement, sooo much to talk about, the action was 24/7... midnight on a tuesday? it didnt matter, things was hattnin, everyone was fired up.

Now? jeepers... this is going to be the longest offseason in FOREVER, I'm honestly sitting here trying to figure out how I'm going to fill the many dull hours with something besides the Planet.

I guess cracked.com and reddit will have to do... man, this gon suck.
