Yeah, but they do need a lot of secondary help still. However, Barr in the wide 9 might be too good to pass up. If they're still running it that is.

Just what I'm hearing locally is that they want a OLB who can rush the passer.

Yeah, I'm also not too convinced that either of the top CBs are worth a top 10 pick this year.

Giants and Rams should be wetting themselves right now.

They definitely need an upgrade on the strong side, but a pass rushing OLB in what amounts to primarily a 4-3 isn't exactly a necessity as much as a nicety. They would be better served making a move later for Van Noy in my opinion.

Either way, my needs board doesn't have an OLB listed until #6, but if the right player fell in the right place I wouldn't hesitate to draft him. I don't think Barr offers that type of value in the top 10 though. I think they are silly to go anything but defensive back at #10, they are atrocious there.

Of course, this is the same group that completely ignored their offensive line problems for a decade as they drafted bust after bust.

Barr at 11 is exactly what I have in my updated mock draft I'm getting set to put out. I think he fits what they are trying to do in Ten. Good pick.

Barr was a pure BPA pick. I don't believe he will be there in the real draft , but they are more likely to take Gilbert if he is there which is much more likely.
