Yes, comparatively. Imagine that instead of Hoz and Salvy, you were watching that show and two players from some random MLB team you don't care about were on set to discuss a World Series you didn't watch.

Sorry, but Brinkley has star power for the 40+ crowd. I probably wore out my parents VCR rewind and rewatching the pool scene from Vacation. She can sit there and recite the alphabet and that channel's not changing.

The Fallon hate is absurd to me. The lip sync battles, among other sketches, are already legendary in my mind.

And the guy likes to enjoy a little booze, so what? 97 percent of this board does too.

I think the lip sync battles are the most overrated thing on his show. I would consider myself a Fallon fan for the most part as well. 43, non-smoker, gun owner and hunter for reference.

I am 59 and what does age have to do with humor? I can watch young comedians and old comedians and get a laugh. I dont find Fallon funny. I didnt think he was funny on SNL and his show sucks but all of them do. I can see NBC sending old Leno back out soon. The sad thing is a naturally funny guy like Craig Ferguson is doing a game show while hacks like Fallon and Colbert have shows. The late late show with the pudgy dude is unwachable. I always found Conan funny but he is buried on what tnt. The trash the whole late shows and do reruns if they cant find talent any better than this.

A lot, actually. This is a few years old, but there's clearly a big age difference in late night preferences.
