In addition to distilling, MGP also operates it's own wastewater/water treatment plant. I head that some knucklehead accidentally mixed the two chemicals in a tank and KABLAM!!! The whole incident was a case of human error.

On a side note, my buddy has a doctorate in chemistry so I told him about it. He said its all dependent on what form the chlorine was in, but that's a cheap easy way to make mustard gas LOL.
