I seem to remember we had a planeteer who was researching to solve something similar. Had exact same forum name on a site where he was discussing some type of splint device for straightening his penis. Same guy was trying to find ways to enlarge. It was a pretty epic thread.

Started reading on this one WebMD. Sounds like the pain usually goes away, and doctors usually hold off on treatment for two years to see if whole problem goes away on it's own. So doesn't sound hopeless.
