The Chiefs are 8-1. They have been assaulted on defense like a $40.00 crack whore all year but they are still winning, and have not needed Berry for those wins. In my humble opinion, it might be the Chiefs and Berry know he’s done. That being said, they might be allowing him to sit and rest until it comes time they could really use him, playoffs. Why else has he continued to eat a roster spot? He may hold up for four or five games.
I would not be surprised if he did not hit the field until game 15 or 16 to shake off the rust before the big playoff run.
Either way, EB will not be a Chief next year.
